*"My first blog post"* ,,, The Title of the Blog

Being my first blog post, I would like to say something about the title of the Blog , 'आत्म प्रकाश' - The Light Within. 

This light means the  knowledge about the self, the light to realize our own being, our existence, our true identity ..... much beyond the false ego, we do keep identifying ourselves throughout our life , which is the root cause of all the myseries of life. 

Light is a must to see everything in the outer world... the world we see with our eyes in outward direction with open eyes , similarly to see/ to realize our own self , we must learn to see in inward direction , ofcourse by closing the eyes ; it must be sounding strange and illogical when someone says to see with closed eyes .... but it is actually like this. 

If we think  little deeper, it would be easily understandable that we perceive the world through our five senses ; by seeing, listening, by touch, by smell and by taste. The outer world is actually a reflection of the inner world only i.e. the world of the 'Self' and the inner world too could be realised with these sense organs only but by changing their direction inwardly. 

This is possible only with the grace and guidance of some true Master, who has himself has realised the self within and is an enlightened soul.

So,,,,, light being the prominent element for both sides of the self,,, outer as well as inner... the title of the blog was decided in the very first thought.

YOUR BREATH AND YOU Though breathing is the most important, rather the only important phenomenon to keep living life but we don't give even a single thought throughout the life to know anything about it. Have you ever tried to observe WHO IS BREATHING to keep this life sustainable ....  It's you... ?? "A Dream Within A Dream"

A few days back , I read a beautiful story about Chuang Tzu, a great mystic of China. The story made me dived into deep thoughts .
